WHAT IS NEW EXPRESSIONS?

New Expressions is an art festival for teens and adults co-hosted by the Merlo, Edgewater and Uptown branch libraries and Chicago Comics. It is an opportunity for teen artists to get their first, free experience tabling and selling work at an art festival, and to see how professional adult artists present and sell their work at festivals.​
